Is this a good cage for two rabbits?

I’d remove the grate, or should I just keep it there and put a few mats and a nest with a bottom in the cage? The rabbits will be smaller than 5 lbs. They will be around 4.5 lbs. Do you think it’s too small??? HELP!

    Yea I think it is too small it would be excellent for just one bunny or two maybe if you didn’t divide it.
